I would like to thank you and your team for the excellent service you provided.
My SAAB 93 Turbo Diesel had been running poorly, performance was down and I was contemplating a change of car when I brought it into you.
Your technicians worked with skill and enthusiasm, quickly isolating the problem to one of two parts.
Unlike other garages who seem to bung on as many non serviceable parts in a trial and error fashion until the problem is solved, your technician repaired one of the "non-serviceable" parts identifying the problem as the Air Mass Meter on the turbo, thus saving me at least £90.00.
The replacement was promptly ordered from the manufacturer.
A part from the saving I estimate your bill was less than half the cost of the main SAAB dealer.
The performance is better than it has ever been, for a diesel it is faster than my previous petrol Alfa Romeo; the police recently warned me after leaving one of their unmarked pursuit cars standing at traffic lights in the city.

I first contacted Steve regarding a service for my car which I was struggling to get over to him as I lived and worked so far away. Steve informed me that as his wife dropped their children at school nearby, she would pick my car up for me and return it when she picked the children up. I was so pleased with the service that when I needed my car repairing I called Steve and again I didn't have to do a thing and found the fees very reasonable.

At Hanson Contracts our vehicles are an essential aspect of running a successful business. We simply cannot operate without them and in order to maintain the level of service to our clients it is highly inconvenient to loose them for an entire day whilst they are being serviced. It just never seems to crop up at a convenient time.
Having tried a number of garages over the past 12 years we have been in business, I was amazed by how quickly and efficiently our Ford Ranger truck was recently serviced at Independent Cars.
After dropping the vehicle off at 8.00am we had received a telephone call to say it was ready for collection by 11.00am. A new record as far as we are concerned.
The servicing was thorough, there were no hidden extras (such as a very expensive wiper blade change) and the steering wheel was free of oily hand marks. I simply cannot believe that they can provide the level of service we received for the price they quoted.
I cannot recommend Independent cars enough and the entire Hanson Contracts fleet is now serviced with them in addition to mine and my wifes cars.
I am also currently speaking to Steve Roebuck and making use of their sales service to help me locate a new car and so far I have been very impressed with the selection they have presented to me and the advice I have received. |
