| Although we are a relatively new company we have over fifty years of experience within main UK dealer franchises. We use this expertise and our franchised contacts to negotiate the best possible terms. Because we operate with low overheads we are able to pass on the same deals as if you were buying a fleet of cars. Incidentally, we are equally at home sourcing a variety of company cars and vans as we are finding that one special vehicle. |

| 2 - Will I get a warranty? |
| Absolutely, you want to save money but still buy with total confidence and peace of mind! Independent Cars Limited only source through UK franchise dealerships, therefore your warranty is the same as if you ordered through a showroom. Typically, this will be a minimum of 3 years/60,000 miles. Providing you maintain the vehicle correctly, the manufacturer is obliged to carry out any necessary warranty work through it’s network of authorised dealers across the UK. |

| No, at Independent Cars we aim to obtain the car you want at the best possible price. We are not part of a Group or affiliated to any manufacturer – we are truly independent!! As we supply most makes and models, we will of course advise on any special offers as they occur and we are always happy to give independent advice to help you decide what suits you best. |

| 4 - Can I part exchange my current car or van?? |
| No problem, simply fill in the information requested on our “part-exchange” page and we will get back to you within 24 hours with an approximate trade-in valuation. For the most accurate figure just upload a couple of shots of your pride and joy and we will do the rest!! |

| 5 - How will my new car be delivered? |
| Normally, your car will be delivered directly from the supplying dealer, wherever possible we will make this within 150 miles of your delivery address. However as we will be chasing the best price for you nationally, it may be that we cannot achieve this and we will then discuss the alternatives with you prior to confirming the order and price. |

| 6 - How and when will I be expected to pay? |
| We don’t expect you to pay in full for your new car until it is physically due for delivery. Initially we will only ask you for a credit card or cheque deposit of £250 to secure your purchase, we may require a larger deposit on specially ordered vehicles or for additional optional specification etc. When the supplying dealer confirms the vehicle is prepared and ready for delivery, we will contact you to make the final arrangements. When your new car arrives and you have checked that all is in order you will need to settle the balance by electronic transfer of funds, bankers draft or presentation of a pre-arranged finance company cheque. We will of course need satisfactory proofs of identity. |
